Obituary for "Hog" Larry David Coin

Larry David Coin (Hog), 66, of Galt, Missouri passed away May 14, 2018 at Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care. He was born August 3,1951 the son of James Junior and Mildred (Hostetter) Coin in Milan, Missouri.
Larry was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; brothers, Jerry, Terry, Steve Coin and one sister, Sharon Coin Woods.

He is survived by his three sons, Kelly Coin of Mercer, Missouri, Bryan Coin and Heather Varner of Harris, Missouri, James Coin of Newtown Missouri; two daughters, Kristie and Katie Coin of Galt, Missouri; five grandchildren, Tyler Owens, Tanner Coin, Brock Coin, Zach Coin, Hunter Coin; four great grandchildren, Jason Coin, Aniston Coin, Mallory Owens, Oakley Owens along with numerous nieces, nephews,cousins, and friends

Hog was always up for an adventure, enjoyed a good life and never met a stranger. He believed in having fun and hard work. He spent most of his life farming, from planting crops, raising cattle, baling hay and operating a confinement swine facility. He also enjoyed riding his mule, coon hunting, his friends and having fun.

A Graveside Celebration will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Thomas Union Cemetery from 5:00pm to 6:00pm with burial to follow.
